  • Previously completed two previous successful tours as Battalion Sergeant Major for a Marine Infantry Battalion and Marine Combat Engineer Battalion, as well as various positions of responsibility during the past 29 years, having served three combat tours, while participating in ground combat operations against the enemies of the United States of America in Iraq and Afghanistan.
  • Awarded the Legion of Merit during June, 2021 for the culmination of 29 years of honorable and faithful service to the Armed Forces of the United States of America.

  • Assigned to District Attorney's Narcotics Unit to work in an undercover capacity and was responsible for investigating and prosecuting suspects of criminal homicide and street violence, drug law violations, prostitution and gambling violations in and around Berks County, PA, often serving in an undercover capacity.
  • Obtained vast training and experience with regards to documenting drug transactions to gather evidence and complete undercover investigations, acted on tips and applied information to solve complex cases, obtained and served search warrants related to investigations and thoroughly investigated criminal acts and conspiracies.
  • This assignment culminated with the execution of a three month long wire tap case that led to the dismantling of a major drug organization and clearance of a criminal homicide.
