wastewater discharge compliance issues at fully integrated steel manufacturing facility including the development of facility pollution prevention plans; facility spill response plan, spill prevention control and countermeasure (SPCC) plan, and storm water
pollution prevention plan, which resulted in 3-5% annual reduction of non-compliance issues.
Prepared Title V Air Permit and National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit applications for integrated steel manufacturing facilities which resulted in timely approval and issuance of new / renewed permits with a cost-effective approach that provided maximum plant operation flexibility.
