PG&E New Electrical Vault/Service-77 Beale Street, San Francisco 2013-2014 ($38 Million)
Bringing a new 12 KVA service feeders into a new custom electrical utility vault located in the basement, new main electrical distribution with 480 V switchgear, installation of a new 480 V bus riser from the basement to the existing 34th mechanical floor. Construction services for the relocation of existing electrical distribution panels on each floor (Total of 37th floor) to accommodate sequenced replacement of 4 existing 480 V main bus riser in the building. After replacement of existing bus risers, critical building loads will be transferred to the new bus riser to isolate critical from non-critical loads.
