Responsibilities include: development, submittal and implementation of Task Order proposals; develop subcontractor SOWs; provide oversight and Mgt. direction on TO budgets, EACs, and subcontractor performance and reporting ; develop required processes and procedures; review and approve Task Order PRs, POs, and invoices; prepare Task Order revenue forecast and monitor actuals against plan, prepare and present status briefings to SAIC Mgt. and government customer; manage, review and approve Task Order CDRL item deliveries; prepare and present SAIC quarterly Task Order Internal Program Reviews (IPRs).

Project Leader for the DGS DISA GIG-BE Task Order 18 "Site Preparation" effort. Responsible for Managing the Site Facility Preparation, Facility Requirements Engineering Document (FRED) and detailed design packages associated to the GIG-BE effort. Develop Task Order 18 proposal, develop subcontractor technical SOW, manage subcontractor efforts, monitor employee work performance, develop process and procedures, prepare and present status and briefings to government customer, manage, review and approve CDRL item deliveries, develop and update project schedules. The Task Order 18 budget for 2004 was over $22M with $16M in Firm Fixed Price site preparation/construction work.
Responsible for Configuration Management (CM) on the $1B Reserve Component Automation System (RCAS) Program. CM Manager responsibilities included: preparation and maintenance of the RCAS Program CM plan; establishment and control of program baselines for developed software, COTS hardware, and RCAS product hardware releases; establishment and maintenance of a program technical data management/CM library; establishment and maintenance of the Configuration Status Accounting processes; establishment and execution of a program change control and change management process; administration of the Program Change Control Board; supervising 17 CM employees; budget development, oversight and maintenance for the CM area of the program.
Project Manager/Section Manager, Teleconferencing Services Engineering (1991 to 1993)
Section Manager of the engineering staff responsible for ongoing support and maintenance of the NASA Program Support Communications (PSCN) Video Teleconferencing System (ViTS) and Voice Teleconferencing System (VoTS) networks. Teleconferencing services support included: terrestrial and satellite digital video network, 17 custom built ViTS rooms, over 50 modular Video Teleconferencing systems, ViTS system network infrastructure, command and control/switching infrastructure, over 450 voice teleconference room systems, a distributed voice conference bridge system with five hubs/nodes located across the USA.
Deputy Project Manager (1985 to 1987), Project Manager (1987 to 1991) for the highly successful NASA Video Teleconferencing System (ViTS) project. The ViTS was a $90 Million project on the Billion Dollar NASA PSCN contract. Responsibilities included: detail project planning and management, site surveys, project scheduling, customer/end user coordination, team leadership, construction sub-contractoroversight, system installation test and turn-up, budget management, user training and marketing.
