S&B Modular 225 MM SCFD Gas Plant Design, Houston, Texas
As part of the design effort, created the heat and material balance based on the clients feed stock and rate with the simulations created for the standardized S&B gas plant. Optimized the conditions within the cryogenic plant in order to maximize ethane recovery in ethane recovery mode and minimize propane loss during ethane rejection mode. The project included feed treatment, fractionation, glycol dehydration, compression, and associated pumps and heat transfer equipment. Participated in PHA review of the P&IDs.
Ethane Export Terminal, Texas FEL project for the design of a multi-train, staged refrigeration unit, using Black & Veatch technology, and associated systems to receive and process ethane and to load the product onto ships.  Scope also included dehydration, demethanization, cryogenic storage, ship loading, pipelines & metering, and utilities.

COP EVLRP CO2 Reinjection Project
Senior engineer for dehydration and compression expansion project. Collaborated with client to performed  feasibility studies to determine bottlenecks. Updated P&IDs and prepared relief valve calculation packages and performed HP/LP interface study.

FPSO topsides design involving production plant facilities to process 130 Mbpd oil (API 14), 37 MMscfd gas. PFD/P&ID development using various philosophies like Isolation, Tie-in, process simulation, relief system evaluation and equipment sizing/specifications for oil & gas topside industry. Developed HYSYS dynamic model to analyze the process.
  • Performed process simulation using Aspen HYSYS; process flow diagram; Heat and material balance; line sizing and hydraulic calculations; process equipment data sheet; process input to instrument data sheet/P&ID.
