- Held responsibilities for managing the profit sharing and company contracts for the majority of our commercial lines companies. Monitoring those results on a monthly basis and reporting to the Unit President and the CFO.

- Accompany the producer/AE to their renewal meetings and explain the marketing results (typically the larger accounts).
