Develop and modify the program based on changes with the Food Code. Conduct food safety audits on suppliers and distributors. Ensure that corrective actions are completed and adequately address any deficiencies. Oversee the foreign object and product monitoring program to ensure any quality or safety issues are resolved quickly. Work with Product Development, Supply Chain, Marketing and Operations as a subject matter expert relating to restaurant food safety. Oversaw the supplier auditing program for the team which included scheduling, based on risk factors, and the follow up on corrective actions. Oversaw the Guest Relations Department, in addition to my food safety/QA role.
