Responsible for providing functional training and support for the DoD (RP) Real Property book community. I assisted with the functional design and implementation of the DoD (ARMY) Inventory and Warehouse management processes. My responsibilities included pre-implementation requirements such as detailed analysis, blueprinting and documenting current processes; integration testing of core SAP processes (3 cycles), training and preparing key users for all go-live activities; assisting and guiding key users through simulation testing, developing all training materials required for site End Users.

Support Team Leader, and Production Supervisor responsible for working with programmers defining shop floor requirements in order to replace legacy systems with SAP PP (shop floor production and planning execution), MM (Material Management – material requirements planning, S&OP, BOM's maintenance), and PM (Plant Maintenance). I was responsible for managing all SAP procedural documentation pre and post implementation. Developed department training plans transitioning to post implementation support for 250+ employees, which manned 19 different SAP driven shop floor operations 24/7. I developed and published detailed troubleshooting guides for ongoing support requirements for the PP, and PM modules. I worked with production schedulers ensuring order fulfillment requirements were understood and optimized. As an SAP Performance Metrics Coordinator (Pre-and Post-SAP Implementation), I also monitored, charted, and reported 15 different manufacturing performance metrics on a weekly basis (i.e. Completion of Schedules, Warehouse Replenishment Rate, Vendor Supplier Performance, and Warehouse Inventory Accuracy.)
Qualifications: Has over 20 years of professional SAP experience with detailed experience with the following SAP modules: Materials Management, Plant Maintenance, Warehouse Management (IM and WM), as well as Asset Management. Extensive background in pre and post implementation training, support and documentation development. Experience with functional design working with the system Integrator for ongoing enhancements, process flow mapping, requirements gathering, blueprinting and detailed business analysis. Recently trained in Agile Methodologies for software development. Over 28 years in production manufacturing with the Dupont Corporation where I was responsible for overseeing and providing expertise in the production shop floor processes, materials and warehouse management.
