I was Switching from days to nights at the time on a rotation shedule. In the Burn ICU we also has a clinic that we kept open 24/7 for burns that didn't require hospitilzation. A women came in and had been in her words " disregarded " at a different facility. I took the time to listent to her and appropriatly treat her. she came in in tears and left very thankful for her expirence. Our unit got pizza and I got a really cool little pinand award slip!
