Summary
My objective is to obtain a position as a XTO Accountant / Financial Analyst, Leadership Development Program that will allow me to utilize and demonstrate my communication skills, customer relations, and management qualities as well as my analytical and computer skills. Although most of my experience has been in sales, I am highly motivated, performance driven, and self-directed.
In my tenure with Frito lay, I have overseen a large format route for the last 8 years, both as a lead and a co-lead. While in these roles I have worked with several of the management teams and their associates for accounts such as Walmart, Albertsons, Sam's, and Lowe's. Together we have planned and coordinated for special events, executed sales targets, and capitalized on sales opportunities. I constructed and supervised several builds for holidays, tours, and have met plan requirements and  improved sales overall. I've worked with other vendors such as Pepsi and Budweiser to build displays such as Game Time, Back to School, NCAA Final Four, and Cinco de Mayo. I possess the ability to lead my team, to include my co-lead, merchandiser, and my night merchandisers to reach a set of goals every day through communication and performance. Create the bond and respect with my team needed to execute daily business opportunities and to meet sales expectations. Highly enthusiastic customer service professional with 13 years client interface experience.
