Worked as a routesetter at the climbing gym on Colorado College's campus. Gained a better understanding of climbing movement and ways to teach it. Worked this year as the head routesetter. Worked directly with the administration in many areas. Directed routesetter training, which included explaining safety protocol and guidelines for setting good routes. Worked directly with students on finding ways to improve their experience in the climbing gym. Was responsible for maintaining student and routesetter safety by enforcing routesetting protocol.
