Report to the Director of Risk Management, Risk Sr. Managers; Provide efficient administrative support to Risk Director, Senior Executive s, and Risk Management & safety department. Facilitating Director & Risk Management, with identity, develop and implement strategic, regulatory, compliance risks, business operations safety, and risk management process facilitating a robust third-party due diligence program; and assisting in the ongoing development, maintenance, and testing of the business continuity/disaster recovery program.
Report to the CEO and streamlined business operations for marked productivity gains, creating standardized documents, a highly accessible filing system, and detailed Outlook database clients/vendors information. Leverage CEO in meeting deadlines, scheduling meetings, and resolving pressing issues. Optimized billing processes, and utilized Pivot, QuickBooks in tracking AR/AP, profits, and overhead, negotiating and finalizing contracts.
Facilitate and maintain effective ongoing relationships with Medical Director, UM Management, and clinical staff as well as other departments at the Alliance to receive, date, document, and resolve inquiries/issues for claims, authorizations, appeals, and eligibility. Perform these duties in a professional and timely matter. Prioritize, maintain, coordinate, processing, and monitoring the authorization process and corresponding documentation continuously for quality and accuracy while working independently within a team environment.
