  • Directed all phases of the ASC 606 implementation including establishing an internal communication plan, adoption timeline, completing the technical analysis (determining POBs, establishing SSP), drafting whitepapers and policies, crafting financial disclosures, implementing operational solutions, and managing stakeholders and external auditors.
