Yearly sales predictions based on trends with yearly P&L projections, yearly/monthly budget, monthly/weekly inventory, hiring/training/firing of all managers and staff, monthly/weekly scheduling of 50-75 employees, ordering all inventory, upholding company quality service and cleanliness standards while maintaining profitability, monthly written performance reviews on 8-10 managers and biannual written reviews for 50-60 employees. Monthly reports to supervisor to give updates on all controls and profitability.
I ran multiple stores over the years and at every one improved profit, shop scores, customer satisfaction, and rating on quality, service, cleanliness. The last store I ran improved from the bottom 10% in the country to the top 20% in the country in quality, service, cleanliness, and profitability while running double digit sales increases for 3 years in a row.
Accomplishments include an Outstanding Restaurant award from McDonalds Corporation for that and best drive thru times in the state for the year in two different stores.
