*Work with Microsoft Office Software and Yardi Property Management Software
*Maintain and monitor the community budget with set goals
*Ensure that all deposits, rents and other fees are collected and deposited daily
*Oversee property delinquency and resolve in a timely manner
*Legal matters with regards to evictions or community liens
* Auditing all lease files to keep updated and accurate information
* Maximize income by reducing vacancy loss through resident retention programs
*Ensure all invoices are processed in a timely manner
*Preparation of various weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as scheduled.
*Supervision and scheduling of all make ready apartment homes
*Daily monitoring of community curb appeal
*Responsible for managing all community emergency situations in a timely manner
