• Handle record keeping, reporting, rental revenue, delinquencies, late notices, 3-day notices, resident relations
• Arrange for alterations, maintenance, and upkeep of property, supervision of the vendors and the maintenance crew
• Process apartment applications and lease renewals by accurately completing all related paperwork
• Ensure timely apartment turnovers, moves-in, move-outs, and work order requests are completed on schedule
• Inspect the property on a daily basis
• Perform inspections of the apartments and forcing the lease agreement rules
