Searching for my next travel and agency assignment to add to my experience and knowledge. I have a desire for learning from different facilities and caring for patients of all populations and cultures. I have 4 years of experience as a nurse in a hospital setting working 36-75hrs a week consistently, despite my past and current PRN status. Nov 2020-March 2021 I worked in a hot spot of the pandemic with Krucial Staffing for 16 weeks working 75+ hours/week. During my assignment I floated to several different units as described below. At Scenic mountain I floated to ICU, task in ER, and charge in the Behavior health unit. I've worked with patients in all age groups from infants-end of life (Hospice). I am flexible and eager to learn.
