I worked several different positions during my time with started out as Bayada and then merged and became Inspira at Bayada. I was a Case Manager with a 30 patient case load and my Supervisor was overseeing the Atlantic County office and I would do opens to help that office out for a few months. When we merged I took what was a leadership position on the night shift. I worked with a partner and together we worked 7 nights on from 5pm thru 7am then 7 days off. My responsibilities included working in the patient records to check that all the parts of the Oasis admission were filled out and that orders were processed for the nurses to have the supplies they needed for their patients. If patients needed assistance that could not wait until the AM I would make a visit.
My first position at Cooper was ICU/CCU staff nurse. Which included every aspect of nursing care from admission thru transfer/post mortem care. I then took a management position this position was referred to as the Clinical Operations Director, in that role I specifically dealt with administrator issues over the night shift, bed management and staffing for the next shift. I worked in this position from 2011 thru 2013. I missed direct patient care and took a position in the surgery center. My responsibilities were included pre-admission testing thru recovery.
Worked in Intensive Care Unit. We treated neuro, trauma and post CABG along with all other critical care patients.
