With in the New World system I know a lot about Career Criminal and the entry for SVOR. I communicate with the state with regards to this. I also approved and deny Concealed Weapons Permits and write out letters of denial or suspension. I do all the attachments to the reports and upload all the photos. I completed the 8 week certificate course.
I have had the opportunity to go to several training classes aside from Records that would benefit this position. I have been asked to help out with Crisis Intervention Training (CIT) and saw what it is about and what it takes to calm a situation. I have been to SVOR training in Chicago for what all goes into training to interact with offenders as well as how they think. I think this would be very beneficial when it's time for compliance checks.
