  • Hired one month prior to IATF 16949 Recertification Audit and took the mantle as lead auditee. The audit resulted in three minor nonconformances for which I submitted three solid corrective actions for that required no further iterations.
  • Cradle-to-Grave program management leading most APQP activities from creating all PPAP documents, overseeing pre-production product development, obtaining quotes and submitting purchase orders for all gauging/assembly equipment requirements, leading/managing all capability studies, dimensional layouts, and Gage R&R activities, and creating/maintaining all floor documentation from Quality Control Check Sheets to Standardized Work Instructions.
  • Created an entire Document Control system adherent to ISO/IATF Standards where the only "control" was a network drive accessible to dozens of personnel.
  • Leading/Managing all customer complaints and 8D efforts.
