  • Configure and thoroughly test all new rates in the system, including Commercial TOU rates, NiteFlex, Net Metering, Large Power, and Coop Solar,
  • Configure any changes or newly needed request in iVUE and MDM
  • Initiate and lead conference calls, inside and outside the organization
  • Manage Computer System Access changes (CSA's) for NISC access
  • Provide documentation and deliver training on new rates and programs added to the system or adopted by the cooperation
