quality control supervisor resume example with 19+ years of experience

Jessica Claire
, , 100 Montgomery St. 10th Floor (555) 432-1000,

Through my years in the working field they have been in manufacturing.

The plastics field was my first venture. It was in the extrusion department of Newell Rubbermaid that intrigued me to learn and develope my skills to become a Plastics Processor .

My first position was as die and mold setter.

Moved up to process Technician within six months and started training.

As process Technician the company provided on sight Paulson training. This would lead me to a Process Tech III level.

My family and I had a chance to better our life by moving to Alabama. This is where I would join the Suzuki team . I first started out in developing process' in their almost brand new IM department. During this time we developed robust programs ,systems and work instructions that led to multiple accomplishments.

Our team was able to accomplish six minute mold changes and 12 minute part to part by utilizing SMED. This allowed the opportunity to save time and bring mold maintenance in house and save the company substantial amounts of reoccurring expense. We also were able to lower scrap rate to 2% with a FPR of 99.8 and a defect ratio of .03%.

Suzuki then gave opened the door to a new adventure for me and my family. The opportunity to lead the Quality Department.

During my seven years in the quality department I have been able to strengthen my technical skills along with learning the structure of new product development .

We have been successful in lowering our supplier downtime to less than 30 seconds average daily downtime . We have also improved supplier PPM to as low as 208. Supplier FPR is up to 98% from 84% just in seven years.

I believe with the skill sets and proper tools provided to meet goals there are not many obstacles we can not overcome.

I also believe if given an opportunity we together could make a great team. I look forward to hearing a response in the near future from your team.

Best Regards

Jessica H Claire
