Skills & Work History
Quality Control MicrobiologistDecember 2007 to Current Safeway Monster Energy - Norwalk, California
As a Quality Control Technician, my job is to make sure everything we produce in the facility was at its finest.
My department is the first line and last line of defense from any possible mistakes that could occur at here at Monster Energy.
For example: I mix as well as test Monster Energy 16oz Beverage products daily.
Every work day, I'd prepare the proper ingredients according to the each specific Batch Sheet.
After, I would mix the product and send it out the designated syrup tank.
About 20 minutes later, I would pull a control sample to test BRIX, TA (Acidity), as well as TOA (Taste, Odor, Appearance), and HPLC testing to retain the amount of Caffeine, & Acids that went into the syrup.**On a Daily Basis I would: *- Test RO Water System, making sure proper pH levels and presence of chlorine in the water were all to specifications.
Used "Microblend" system to run product, make adjustments when needed and processed changeovers to new flavors.*- Data Logging would include the use of Microsoft Office t.
Attendant/Stat StringerApril 2005 to October 2007 Angels Baseball - Anaheim, California
Working at Angel Stadium, like all jobs required a lot of passion and dedication.
There, I got hired as a parking lot attendant.
My job was to seek out mischievous activities as well as safeguard the stadium from trespassers and unwanted guests.
I also directed traffic and greeted customers as they walked by.**The very next season, I was given an opportunity as a in-game Data Stat Stringer assistant.
During games, I would assist in entering data for the internet as the game went on.
Stats that included, Home-Runs, Steals, Strikeouts, etc.
After implementing them into the Software, the computer would then generate the data to users using the MLB "Game-Day" feature to keep up with their team.
Until this day, working as a Data Stat-Stringer Assistant has always been my favorite job.
Field wise, it's definitely where I potentially see myself in the future of my career.
Not only am I highly interested in learning more about Data Analysis, but I'm a fun guy.

A Personal Level
Summary of my personal 2013 goals that I thought I'd share (based off an my Instagram Post) IG: JEFFREEZEE
If this year were to be define in one word, it'd be Change. Never did I ever see myself more angry, sad, stressed, & happy all in one Roller-Coaster year. At the beginning of this year I was overweight, an alcoholic, in a desecrated relationship, & in debt not just financially but mentally as well. I was literally at the very bottom of a hole I dug myself into. Sometimes when you're so blinded by a false idea of happiness, it's all you know. I shut out the world for one girl. I shut out my own life to cater to someone else's. I rarely smiled and became disgusted with the "boy" I had become. I finally opened my eyes the day of my birthday (January 26th) when I was almost driven off the onramp by a girl who I thought loved me. I realized then I needed real change. I asked myself, how could someone feel so alone in a relationship? I beat myself up because I did everything only to get nothing but agony in return.
So what did I do? I got my ass up. From that point on I woke up from a nightmare I called my everyday life and made a change. I stayed steady focused of me. Nothing else mattered for the next couple months except my well-being. I quit drinking completely for most the year and I took care myself. I lost well over 30lbs and stayed completely away from relationships and women in general. I knew that if I were to accomplish some positivity in my life, I couldn't have any distractions. The hardest part? Keeping the past away. I finally stopped answering because I knew it had nothing new to say.
Currently, I'm in the best shape of my life. I'm having the time of my life. I'm no longer dead in an emotion of lust and agony. I'm alive with nothing but positivity and optimism. My point is, I allowed my past to shut me down. I allowed it to push everything I loved away from me. My Book of 2013 was the year of Change. I've turned so many pages, learned so many things, but most importantly, I grew up. thankful that hard work pays off and that my 2013 concludes with a Happy Ending. 2014 is my peak year. Truly addicted to happiness. Bring It.
If given the opportunity, I would maximize every little chance given not with perfection because I'll be in the process of learning but with integrity and an all-out mad effort. Thank you.
