A Personal Level
  • Summary of my personal 2013 goals that I thought I'd share (based off an my Instagram Post) IG: JEFFREEZEE
Twenty-Thirteen.

If this year were to be define in one word, it'd be Change. Never did I ever see myself more angry, sad, stressed, & happy all in one Roller-Coaster year. At the beginning of this year I was overweight, an alcoholic, in a desecrated relationship, & in debt not just financially but mentally as well. I was literally at the very bottom of a hole I dug myself into. SometClairees when you're so blinded by a false idea of happiness, it's all you know. I shut out the world for one girl. I shut out my own life to cater to someone else's. I rarely smiled and became disgusted with the "boy" I had become. I finally opened my eyes the day of my birthday (January 26th) when I was almost driven off the onramp by a girl who I thought loved me. I realized then I needed real change. I asked myself, how could someone feel so alone in a relationship? I beat myself up because I did everything only to get nothing but agony in return.

So what did I do? I got my ass up. From that point on I woke up from a nightmare I called my everyday life and made a change. I stayed steady focused of me. Nothing else mattered for the next couple months except my well-being. I quit drinking completely for most the year and I took care myself. I lost well over 30lbs and stayed completely away from relationships and women in general. I knew that if I were to accomplish some positivity in my life, I couldn't have any distractions. The hardest part? Keeping the past away. I finally stopped answering because I knew it had nothing new to say.

Currently, I'm in the best shape of my life. I'm having the tClairee of my life. I'm no longer dead in an emotion of lust and agony. I'm alive with nothing but positivity and optClaireism. My point is, I allowed my past to shut me down. I allowed it to push everything I loved away from me. My Book of 2013 was the year of Change. I've turned so many pages, learned so many things, but most Claireportantly, I grew up.
thankful that hard work pays off and that my 2013 concludes with a Happy Ending. 2014 is my peak year. Truly addicted to happiness. Bring It.

  •  If given the opportunity, I would maxClaireize every little chance given not with perfection because I'll be in the process of learning but with integrity and an all-out mad effort. Thank you.
