•Implement the Love and Logic Model of Care to provide behavioral management to at-risk children with severe emotional and behavioral disturbances.
•Provide therapeutic direct-care services to children with aggressive behaviors and past sexual offenses.
•Participate in treatment teams on a weekly basis to discuss the children's progress with their plan of care.
•Maintain clinical documentation of all interactions with children on a daily basis to assess their progress.
•Provide therapeutic direct-care services to at at-risk male children with mental illnesses, developmental disabilities, and substance abuse issues.
•Implement behavior modification to children regarding anger management, social skills, and substance abuse.
•Participate in weekly treatment team meetings, providing updates on the children's progress.
•Process with the children about their daily problems at home, school, or in the community.
•Ensure that the children attended their psychiatric and therapy appointments.
