  • Involved in System testing of ELC Loans Product Inquiry, File Delivery Import/Export and CitiConnect Participant Registration functionalities of CitiDirect GECD web-based technology. ELC Loans PI provides a web-based front-end capability to carry out Loan Inquiries using the CitiDirect infrastructure and the data from the Infolease databases created in HP UNIX.
  • The File Delivery Import/Export is a set of functions that allow a user to transfer import/export data files from the client side to within CitiDirect, from where they are processed.
  • The CitiConnect Participant Registration Profile Maintenance functions will be used internally by Citibank Operations to create and maintain registration and site profiles for CitiConnect participants (Buyer and Seller). It will facilitate the validation of payment transactions originating from e-Commerce partner sites.
  • System testing consisted of three stages: Pre-QC testing, QC testing and Pre-UAT testing.
  • Participated in CMM meetings and interviews. Utilized Citibank configuration management tools: TestMaster to maintain test cases and requirements, TeamTrack database system to report defects, change requests and test results. Also Lotus cc-Mail 6.03 was used for internal communication and MS Word, Excel and Access as additional tools to support some specific tasks.
  • Created and executed 700+ test cases and test scenarios to cover the whole process of activation, define client, assign solution package, create user profile, user and client preferences and verified them against FRD.
  • Reported defects using MS Word on Pre-QC stage and using TeamTrack system (a total of 670 defects) on QC and Pre-UAT stages and facilitated the resolution of defects.
