Professional Summary

Human Resource Experience: I was the hiring and training coordinator at Best Buy. I would seek out applicants, review their application, call them for a phone interview that I would perform, then schedule them for an in person interview. I would keep track of these applicants every step of the way with a organizational system I created. Once hired, I would organize a orientation that I would run. I had wonderful feedback and great relationships. I also posted/updated our social media with open jobs to increase our applicants. I worked with the local community college and organized a job fair that I ran. Furthermore, I was manager on duty and dealt with any issues that arose. I learned how to deal with stressful situations, address concerns and solve the problem in a professional, down to earth and relatable way.

I also got involved in the community with organizing blood drives, partnering with restaurants to help give gifts during the blood drives as well.

Healthcare experience: I have worked in the healthcare setting for over 10 years including my clinicals. I have worked in many difference healthcare systems, departments and with many difference employees which has made me extremely well versed. I started off as a Respiratory Therapist on the floors then was trained in the ICUs. I then branched out to the PFT department where I did adult PFTs then started doing pediatric PFTs as well. I took a fulltime job in the PFT department and started managing my own PFT lab under little supervision. I work closely with doctors, scheduling, nursing to make sure all patients are scheduled, tested and cared for correctly.

Having the HR and healthcare experience over the past 15 years of my life I believe makes me a wonderful candidate for this role. I know I can bring great insight and knowledge while learning quickly and staying organized.
