In my current place of employment I work daily with my co- workers to ensure that our tenants needs are met and that the day to day operation of the various apartments we run are handled efficiently and with care. This particular avenue of real estate is an on the go work atmosphere ; with the ever changing needs of our tenants and as emergencies arise I believe it is important to be ready to go and be extremely flexible. Property Management and investing has always been imbedded into the fabric of who I am and what I enjoy. During 2012 I had decided to begin to invest personally in real estate ventures. I purchased four properties from 2012 and 2016 and began the process of repairs and improvement. Throughout the years I have continuously developed the properties and land, converting one home into a vacation cabin for revolving income, as well as a 20 acre campground. I currently own and continue to develop the property and surrounding land parcels.

Some of the duties I had were to account for monies received and track service and repair expenses. Other responsibilities were collection of rent and depositing of funds received. Sending and receiving Housing and Section 8 paperwork as well as setting up the proper inspections. Often translating for clients and investors to ensure clear communication. Drafting and sending documents quickly and correctly that were time-sensitive. While at ISP I coordinated clients moves across country and locally. I helped in welcoming new tenants and communicating between owners and tenants. I have recently graduated from the Gold Coast Real Estate program where I scored app. 90% on the exam. I have a strong desire and passion for property management and enjoy working with the tenants. After years of being involved in the family business of rentals and personal investments. I decided a few months ago to train in Real Estate so I can further my base knowledge in this field.
