Oversee day to day operations for the program
Maintain client population at a minimum of 95% at all times.
Establish appropriate goals and objectives for each component.
Ensure program compliance and accreditation standards; federal, state and local programming standards and laws.
Prepare and maintain policies concerning the program operations, including staff policies, planning management structures, and recommend changes for Executive Director to review and approve.
Prepare counselors daily work and weekend schedules.
Review major accomplishments of substance abuse and mental health programs on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis and provide written narrative reports to Executive Director on program accomplishments and the needed revisions.
Assist in hiring, training, orientating and supervising staff necessary to carry out the program objective.
Conduct staff meetings as scheduled.
Facilitate individual and group counseling session and case conference, and approve treatment team goals.
Review open and closed cases as part of quality assurance.
Manage intakes, continuity of care, and discharge substance abuse service clients.
Maintain current tool used for on-going local state and county outcomes measures.
Ensure all treatment files are compliant with County, State and Drug medical guidelines.
Ensure PC1000 files follow program guidelines and participant standards.
