· Manage, monitor and follow up on all activities throughout the delivery process, including results of weekly meetings and updates in GM.

· Provide customer service by ensuring follow up calls and meetings were conducted with Applicants as part of the program delivery plan in order to simplify the GM Development.

· Conduct Sit-Wits and Performance Appraisals with SIs, Operations Support Staff and Contractors discussing performance observations.
