36 Atlantic Street: Mar 2019 - May 2020 Renovations & additions of a historic mixed use building located in the heart of downtown Stamford, CT. This historic building was built in 1887 and was approximately 14,000 sf. we added and added 10,000 sf. of vertical additions which consisted of two new floors. The renovated retail space located on the ground floor remained operational throughout the duration of the project and 20 residential apartments were added to the 2nd thru 5th floors. This project consisted of major structural enhancements need to support the new additions and brick facade, all new mechanical services upgraded, new 6 stop elevator and finishes throughout. $5 million delivered to the client in 14 months
