  • We worked in tandem with the Lead Contracting Executive (LCE) to accomplish this task for the enterprise.
  • We performed BETA testing of scripts and of new software releases as well as upgrades for all system versions Enterprise-Wide at the American Management Systems (AMS) facility (now CACI) in Fairfax, VA.
  • Our team efforts streamlined the contracting reporting system from requisition input, offer evaluations, to closeout, a cradle to grave process.
  • This major undertaking for the Contracting arena/Procurement Offices worldwide contributed to integrating acquisition, logistics and financial management within one end-to-end enterprise business system and facilitated the standardization of efficient business processes for the Enterprise.
