  • Prepared final proposal documents with pre-construction team.
  • Developed and implemented resident unit selection software and processes to ensure consistent deliverables and customer satisfaction.
  • Managing finish trades related to resident unit selections.

PROJECT: Tribute Ironwood Development (est $15M+) – a parking garage and apartment building development in downtown Asheville (In progress)

  • Assisted pre-construction team with project proposal, including preparing the estimate, analyzing bids, and writing scope of work.
  • Supporting project team with strategic planning and scheduling of phased buildings on complex site.
  • Managing full scope of work with Joint Venture partners.

PROJECT: Carolina Village, Phase IV (est $9M) – a Dining Addition & Renovation to existing senior living campus (In pre-construction, estimated construction start Oct 2021)

  • Assisting pre-construction team with project proposal, including preparing the estimate, analyzing bids, and writing scope of work.
  • Coordinating with client and design team in design-build process.
  • Managing the permitting process with the county.

PROJECT: Carolina Village, Phases I, II, & III ($32M) – a senior living campus expansion of 90 independent living units, including a (36) unit Apartment Building and 54 Cottage units (mixture of duplexes and sixplexes)
