Professional Summary

I am a very focused, reliable, enthusiastic, ambitious, resourceful, and hardworking professional with over 30 years of expertise in the construction industry. Have worked on most all sides of the business from a laborer to an owner's representative. Been involved in many different types of construction projects. With a background in consulting and owner representation, I know what it takes to work on tasks of different natures and work with the team to expeditiously deliver quality work.

My strength lies in project management with proven success on many diverse projects from bridges, to airport runways, to telecommunication projects. I am well aware of the many challenges construction projects encounter, and work diligently to mitigate and eliminate as much risk as possible.

My experience has provided numerous opportunities to interface with clients and stakeholders, verbally, in writing, and graphically through presentations in small one-on-one or group meetings to larger visioning sessions, advisory committee meetings, and public open houses.

I excel at working in multi-disciplinary teams, inspiring others to work in unison. I have always had the curiosity to learn about different fields to better connect the dots needed to build consensus and establish strong relationships. I am used to working with architects, planners, environmental specialists, engineers, contractors, and others, from project conception to completion, to bring about unity in execution.

My assertiveness in coordinating efforts has led to consistent project success.

Finally, as a self-motivated innovative thinker, I always look for ways to improve not only myself, but the industry as a whole. I strongly believe with my skills, knowledge, motivation, willingness to learn, and being a team player, I would be a great asset to the Balfour Beatty Team!
