  • Responsible for managing local and national large scale complex projects in a highly matrixed, multi hospital, multi vendor environment from initiation through delivery.
  • Led 35 person build team for clinical applications and down stream systems for 15-bed Free Standing Emergency Department.
  • Coordinated regulatory build of radiology orders in all Cerner domains (ambulatory and acute). and ministry based project teams. Work ran simultaneously in nine different Cerner domains, included 13 separate health systems and more than 50 hospitals.

  • Chosen by leadership to join Managed Virtual Desktop (MVD) project for Sacred Heart Health System, FL and Providence Hospital, AL that was behind schedule.
