  • CLIENT: Multi-disciplinary engineering and planning services firm Directed a 15 person team to reimplement their OTL and Projects modules in Oracle environment. The project had to correct existing conversion data and reconcile to the ledger for audit purposes. Redesigned their revenue and invoicing processes all the while completely overhauling the auto accounting setups. Created a new operating unit with external interfaces. Responsibilities:
  • Project Manager and financials Consultant for 12.1.3 OTL and Projects Rescue.
  • PMO for Project Plan, Weekly Status Reports, Budget versus Actuals, Backlog and Production Support Triage.
  • Analysis of Revenue and Invoicing to produce a new solution.
  • Worked with staff to analyze conversion data to put in a solution to walk back the mistakes, so we could reconcile WIP to the ledger.
  • Financial Setups for New Operating Unit.
  • Created Post Production Support Plan. CLIENT: International Eyeglass Lens Manufacturer and Distribution Company Participated in a 50+ person team consisting of client, company consultants, and external consultant resources performing analysis, software upgrade, remediation, testing, and migration of Oracle Applications from 11i to R12 for 9 operating units [General Ledger, Payables, Fixed Assets and Receivables] and 4 operating units [Inventory, Advanced Pricing, Order Management, Shipping Execution]. A 3rd party Warehouse Management System was integrated between Shipping Execution and Inventory for 3 of the operating units. Responsibilities:
  • Analysis of current environment and existing issues. Assessment of the impact of R12 on these issues. Documented requirements and determined if R12 provide a resolution that could be derived during upgrade.
  • PMO for Project Plan, Weekly Status Reports, Cutover Document, Training Plan, and Production Support Triage.
  • R12 Configurations for Payments and Cybersource.
  • Worked with development staff to remediate and test the 1400+ CEMLIs. Researched and resolved issues identified by Quality Assurance and user acceptance testing teams.
