Emerson VI Tenant Fit Out: Laurel, Maryland - $40 Million (Current)

Construction of an existing 150,000 SF office building including tenant improvements. The project includes, Communications Rooms, UPS Room, SCIF space, site hardening, open office, conference rooms, computer lab, and extensive MEP upgrades. This project is currently pursuing LEED Silver certification.


Emerson VII Tenant Fit Out: Laurel, Maryland - $60 Million (05/2013 - 08/2015)

Fast track construction of an existing 150,000 SF office building including tenant improvements. The project includes, Communications Rooms, UPS Room, SCIF space, site hardening, open office, conference rooms, full service Café, and extensive MEP upgrades. This project is currently pursuing LEED Gold certification.


Emerson VIII Building Modifications: Laurel, Maryland - $2.2 Million (12/2013 - 03/2014)

Fast track retrofit construction of a 160,000 SF office building. The project included adding additional columns, trusses, plating, blast window film, etc. to meet the Government's current ATFP, medium level blast proof requirement.


Emerson III Tenant Fit Out: Laurel, Maryland - $60 Million (08/2011 - 04/2013)

Fast track construction of an existing 150,000 SF office building including tenant improvements. The project includes, a 5,500 SF medium level blast proof (ATFP) addition, SCIF space, site hardening, open office, conference rooms, data center, Café, and extensive MEP upgrades. This project received LEED Gold certification.


Emerson VII Core/Shell & Site: Laurel, Maryland - $15 Million (11/2010 - 06/2011)

Fast track construction of a 150,000 SF core and shell office building meeting the Government's current ATFP, progressive collapse and medium level blast proof mitigation standards. Work also included site development of an 10.5 acre site. This project received LEED Silver certification.


Emerson III Core/Shell & Site: Laurel, Maryland - $14 Million (02/2010 - 09/2010)

Fast track construction of a 150,000 SF core and shell office building meeting the Government's current ATFP, progressive collapse and medium level blast proof mitigation standards. Work also included site development of an 11 acre site. This project received LEED Silver certification.


M Square: College Park, Maryland - $50 Million (08/2008 - 10/2010)

Construction of a new 120,000 SF, high level blast proof (ATFP) office building while also constructing a full tenant interior. The project consisted of SCIF protection, site development, auditorium, etc. The core/shell received LEED Silver certification and the interiors portion received LEED Gold certification.
