I take a rather straight forward approach to work. That is lead from the front while using as many of the resources available as possible, The best resources are our people. Experience has taught me to stay humble and listen when need be. Always take the time to ask questions and stay open enough to get all the information you need. I find that when leaders lead from the front people work harder for them. I generally try to grow a sense of family in the work place while still maintaining a no nonsense driven work place. I ran a hazardous material recovery facility in Vineland for the last 5 years of a ten year job. We processed hazardous waste from all over the country with various centrifuges, DAF units and various other tech to keep processing waste.
Daily operations for this site was piping, pump repair, schedules logistics, disposal a long list but most importantly centrifuge operation to include 2 and 3 phase systems of recovery. The plant was bought by a bigger company which in turn went bankrupt after that I worked managing solids control units on drill rigs across the Appalachia region. This entailed settling up mobile sites to support all fluid movement for the drilling rig to include maintenance and trouble shooting fluid problems all the time. to include 24 7 operations. I finally left the drilling world and went to EISCO as a project manager. I have centrifuged, cleaned tanks, chemically treated fluid and a long list of other common tasks that we do on a common basis. The opportunity for a position in New Mexico came up last year while I was running another account and I took it. New account new possibilities. We have gotten more than our fair share of large jobs since we have taken this account. My crew is incredible and well trained they carry the job very well and and leave a record of reliable, safe, and professional service in the minds of our client.
MAY 2014 - September 2020
Project Manager @ Western Refining for EISCO-NJ
TES Tank entry supervisor licensed under the API
* I hired local Native Americans for the contract in order to reduce the cost associated with per diem and hotel fees. I taught and trained the operators that work everyday to maintain the service contract and keep our client happy.
* Above the contract I over saw and managed the operations on multiple tank cleaning jobs in WWT, the tank farm and the ALKY units. Provided enough EISCO presence here in the refinery to generate more work and set a standard of safety and work quality that EISCO picked up extra work outside of our basic contract.
*We performed various work in the refineries from using hydroblaster ranging from 10k to 40k to high pressure wash vessels or equipment to using 40k water cutting equipment to cut holes for our customers in tanks from a small hole for instrumentation up to door sheets.
* I was on the leadership team that runs the contractor safety program at the Jamestown Marathon refinery, to show that leadership is driven by safety which in turns makes EISCO an embedded contractor. I am a hands on Project Manager that works one on one with my people especially in the trenches as that is usually when it is most important.
