The CargoWise implementation was configured for internal shipment processing, US Customs connectivity and client web access to CargoWise. Worked with development staff to create CargoWise web based solution for new services offered to clients for purchase order (PO) and direct import (DI) shipment management and shipment tracking. Drafted project charters for all systems within TBB to consolidate all services on the TBB Supply Chain Guardian Portal. Identified budget, staff required and timeline for implementation including all major milestones. Directed technical team on BizTalk server setup to manage processes for supply chain, Purchase Orders etc. B2B connectivity. Additionally drafted business and functional requirements documentation as well as use case studies for the new business process management on the portal. Had to understand business requirements and relate the requirements into the business design documents. In preparation for system Go-Live had to create test scenarios for each use case to verify daily business process could be completed successfully. Due to the acquisition of Wyeth, Pfizer is decommissioning the legacy Wyeth GroupWise based email system. The Pfizer legal team needs to have all legacy Wyeth email stored and have the ability to search for any data requested by a judge for any litigation. Created the SharePoint 2010 portal to track global effort on server image collection and storage for legal eDiscovery purposes. SharePoint team site created and maintained as well as an Access from end for advanced query and report generation.
