It includes a new Federal Inspection Station, two dual gatehouses, a technology hall for Global Entry passengers, structural and vertical modifications to the existing Terminal 2 West, baggage-handling modifications which include state-of-the-art technology, and associated airline relocations.

San Diego Terminal 2 Building and Airside Expansion - San Diego, CA - Cost: $470,000,000

The project consists of an expansion of the San Diego Airport Terminal 2. Added ten additional boarding gates and a revamped roadway system outside of the terminal on the airport's west side.

California State University, Fullerton Student Housing Phase III - Fullerton, CA - Cost: $126,837,735

New five-tower, five-story, 1,056-bed housing complex for CSU Fullerton. An additional single-story sixth building houses a dining hall and central plant. The towers included conference rooms, housing offices, and classroom spaces.

Kaiser Anaheim Medical Office Building - Anaheim, CA - Cost: $39,834,119

New 116,500 SF four-story medical office building that houses 58 medical providers. Departments include Pharmacy, Imaging, Lab, PT/OT, HR, Materials Management, Neurology , General Survey, HNS/Maxofacial Survery, Speech, Audiology, Nephrology, Primary Care, Orthopedics, OB/GYN, and Gastrointestinal Procedures.

New seven-story, , open-air cast-in-place parking structure holds 1,514 vehicles and services the Kaiser Ontario Vineyard Medical Center in Ontario, CA.
