For the last fifteen years I have been in the customer service field in one way or another. I spent over two years in Saxon Shoes working with customers in the men's, women's, and children's department. From there I started work in the construction industry working directly with homeowners and other contractors. I was an inside sales representative and account manager for Luck Stone where I learned to always find creative solutions to my customers needs and to appreciate the immediate needs of my customers and clients. After nearly ten years in this field, I made the change to work for a smaller construction company where I currently am project coordinator. Working directly with our clients as well as our different crews to make sure the projects are completed efficiently and correctly.
