I learned this from someone I came to know quite well. His name was
Sol. That's it, just Sol. Sol was a suit salesman in the high rent district of Chicago. It was Michigan Avenue to be exact. One day I found myself in his store. That's right Sol was the owner. I picked out two beautiful suits
and proceeded to the stores check-out. Sol took the suits from me and asked me to come back a week later. I thought , what is up with this old
man? So i asked Sol why I couldn't buy today?
Sol looked me in the eye with a rye smile and told me something that has been with me until now. He said "I am going to hold these two suits for you
because next week they are buy one and get one free."
I asked him why he would do that for me and he said that he wanted to sell me not just those suits but every suit I would ever buy.

In college I had my own School based Radio talk Show. In doing that I polished my communication skills to a fine edge.
After that I became a professional motivational speaker . I ndoing that I spoke at local High Schools and in Prisons. My message has always
been a positive message of hope.
Being self-employed I had to do everything for myself.
