  • Daily duties included the management of all aspects of aviation maintenance including hydraulics, powertrain, powerplant, and airframe soldiers ensuring workflow timelines are met.
  • Prioritize workload, man-power utilization and train soldiers on maintenance methods, procedures and best practices.
  • Project Management Duties Synchronize maintenance, repair shops, and facilities that maintain and repair 31 aircraft with 67 aircraft mechanics assigned to the organization and meeting all maintenance projected timelines.
  • Establish and maintain communications with top management, including production, engineering, and Quality Assurance personnel to ensure understanding exists for acceptable quality evidence for performance of such things as purchased materials, and vendor shipment.
  • Coordinate and manage unit logistics support for repair parts and ground support equipment to optimize and streamline aviation maintenance and aircraft down-time.
