Heavy Equipment Operator skilled at maneuvering the machinery used to cut and sort logs. Worked as a team with master harvester technicians. Employed by the safest contractor in the state of Washington. Started out operating a Keto dangle head processor, and eventually moved on to Waratah and Southstar. Also spent a month working with hand fallers cutting down oversize cedars.
Growing up as a third generation logger I have seen my grandfather and father not just accept the change in the industry but embrace it. C&C has advanced and grown into more technical and purpose built forestry machinery. Over the last 5 years I have seen C&C prosper from their investment in these purpose built products. Ponsse is a big leader in purpose built technology, and their philosophy and adaptation to the quickly evolving industry of forestry intrigues me greatly.
