· Track and ensure all NPI build parts are line side
· Assist in investigating POU’s and put RCCA in place
· Retrieve prints and create PFEP(Plan For Every Part)
· Implement two bin system and new line side presentation
· Modify warehouse racking to maximize available space
· Manage various disciplines of the subassembly process in a team environment
· Ensure parts and materials are ordered and distributed in a timely and efficient
manner, and that all preventative maintenance is performed according to

provided to meet schedules and production requirements
· Determine priorities and schedule the sequence of jobs
· Ensure training and effective utilization of work force

· Submit specifications and requirements for custom skids
· Create business cases to justify new packaging or equipment needs
· Work with maintenance department to pipe air, pull data lines, etc.

· Update Paperless graphics
· Maintain and update bin tracing and area layout
· Ensure all area processes meet all safety and ergonomic standards

- Train on SAP, MTS, Print Reading, Paperless AOC, Team Center, and Photoshop
· Emphasize the importance of daily safety to a 14 associate team
· Ensure that tasks are being completed in a timely manner
· Handle confrontations
· Assemble and send out daily report
· Float to areas that need extra help
· Assist in movement of manpower (i.e. Training new-hires, covering an absent employee)
· Monitor all hours for 20+ 1st shift Phillips Staffing employees and correct any
mispunches
· Take necessary disciplinary actions when employees exceed tardiness and time-off
allowances, and when an employee has defects
· Address and handle inappropriate dress and behavior
· Maintain records of disciplinary issues with all 1st shift Phillips Staffing employees
· Lead team of 4-5 to manage landscaping at 20+ properties
· Operated mowers, backhoes, and skid steer
· Installed and maintained irrigation systems
· Completed grading and leveling around new home builds
· Completed preventative maintenance on all equipment used
