To obtain a position as a Lead printing press operator. With my experience and abilities i would be able to contribute to the quality, impression and production.
I was hired at Sierra Packaging & Converting in 1998. I started out as assistant and operator pf slitter. Through my great conduct and work ethic in 2000 was raised to the Printing press were i was an assistant for the operator. Because of my skills and abilities that acquired i was assigned to press operator in about six months. Shortly after i was promoted to Printing Press operator. afterwards i was press leader where i trained new colleges who were just starting and/or had difficulties with any press.
In 2008 i started as press leader/supervisor. My responsibility as supervisor included: Signing and approving all assigned jobs in all presses and laminators, revise the quality of the printed material. I make certain that every job is finished to specifications. account that the press, lamination, mounting, and verify all the material prior to printing. My Principle responsibility as supervisor is to resolve any type of problem in all presses and quality of printing and production.
