Although I am currently an early childhood teacher, I have had a passion to care for and help animals in need my entire life. I am an open-minded, hard working and energetic person who is driven by positivity through life and the well being of those around me. I do not currently hold any animal hospital or vet assistant experience, but am very eager to learn and gain the knowledge of this field. I am dependable and work well with others. I like to stay organized when it comes to multitasking, and am able to remain extremely calm in stressful and tense situations. I have always been willing to help those around me whether it's a project, a shift task, or general customer/guest communication. I am very intuitive and understanding when it comes to mental health, and through my career and past experiences I have found myself often helping others in that area, especially when it comes to coping with stress or a loss, anxiety and anger problems, staying calm, and being overall patient with processes. I enjoy bringing positivity into the lives of others and am very dedicated when it comes to my job. Being able to move into a field where animal health and happiness is the main priority is my ultimate goal, and I truly hope to be able to join a team that has this passion as well.
