Since I was I kid I would see my mom behind the kitchen creating authentic smells. As a kid I didn't know what she was making but it smelled delicious , as I grew I started to experience more smells and ingredients that lead me to cooking. I took pro start in high school wich is basically a culinary arts class, and from there I started my passion for making food , cause now I new about sanitation , temps control , and quality control those three are major one that build a foundation in a kitchen environment . I have 5 years of experience being in a kitchen I started washing dishes in the La Casita , did that for 2 years on separate occasions and I work my way up to becoming a cook ending up In Panda Express making my favorite kind of food Wich is Chinese . I got certified by Panda Express being there 6 months and passing with a 4.3 on my overall score . I hope I get more experience with black bear dinner my Friend Gary work's there & he says it has high standard with everything and i would like to get more experience and make work a better place if possible.
