I was hired as the very first Project Manager at Rapid Displays, I had worked on a job for the VP Sales there he was impressed by me work ethic and convinced me to come and work for him.
Within 18 months I was the Customer Service Manager with 4 Project Managers working for me . I handled several mulit-million dollar accounts, wrote and implemented PM Procedures , worked with the Safety Team .
I helped Rapid with their very first mulit-million dollar permanent account and stayed on as part of the team until I left .
As a PM my involvement was from conception through billing. It included estimating ,production , shipping and invoicing .
I handled such accounts as KOHLS, Bath and Body Works, Lego and several more .
When I left I had 9 Project Managers that reported to me .
I also wrote a handbook on of our Clients specific needs and must haves on every account .
I started and taught all cross training , and took on all new accounts until they were set in our company.
I began in the Customer Service Department , and within a year was asked to be the first Point of Purchase Project Manager . I handled several of the top accounts , kept warehouse inventory .

Started my career in the Accounting Dept and was promoted to Customer Service in less than a year . My main job was to take all new Clients get their accounts set up and in perfect order to hand off to the next CS Rep .
