In order to maximize efficiency, developed a computer program to track the most effective method of recruiting for each recruiter and his assigned area leading to sustained success for the station. The program was later improved upon and is now used throughout the Marine Corps. - Responsible for ensuring every applicant was compliant with standards prior to contracting or shipping resulting in a less than 10% drop ratio at Recruit Depot. U.S. MARINE CORPS Camp Pendleton, CA Platoon Commander / Company Executive Officer / Student 06/1996 to 01/2000 - Responsible for the assault element of a Raid (Boat) Company in the Pacific during a deployment to Okinawa and the well-being of over 45 Marines and Sailors.
