My path in life is to inspire children to go outside, be curious and stay active. I believe that this begins at an early age and inspiration is the key. My hope is that by guiding kids down the path of wellness and happiness that they will inspire future generations to follow. For me that has evolved through several fields over the years from being a backcountry guide for youth programs, working with kids programs through the National and State Parks, docent work and children's programs at several non-profits and education centers, becoming a volunteer coordinator/ garden teacher, working as a running coach and physical education specialist. I have worked within my community to create healthy and strong students, athletes and families. I strive to learn from my students while I hopefully inspire them to explore more, set big goals , try hard things and enjoy moving through the world in a strong and healthy body.
